Mark Watters is training captain for the Plantation (FL) Volunteer Fire Department. He retired as a captain for Sunrise (FL) Fire Rescue after a 35-year career. He spent 16 years at Broward Fire Academy, where he was manager of fire standards programs and lead instructor.
