Justin Capaul is a 4th generation firefighter (24 years) and currently working as a Battalion Chief with Kootenai County Fire & Rescue (ID). He has an Associate’s degree in Fire Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  He is the co-owner of 2nd Due Training, LLC and Batt 3 Public Safety Solutions as well as a Training Rep for Taylord Systems, llc.  Justin resides in Coeur d’ Alene, ID with his wife Jessica, a nurse practitioner, and their 3 sons, Landon, Logan and Lucas. When not on duty at the fire department, he enjoys hunting, fishing, coaching his kid’s sports, and traveling around teaching fellow firefighters.
