Jason Brezler is a Fire Department of New York (FDNY) lieutenant assigned to Squad 252. He was a firefighter in Rescue Co. 2. He is a principal architect of the FDNY’s Human Performance Initiative. He led Marines on multiple combat deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. He attended the U.S. Naval Academy, where he continues to teach. He is the founder of Leadership Under Fire.
