This class will discuss some of the more common problems associated with performing technical rescues. It will focus mostly on rope rescue and trench. It will cover transitions from low point edges when the patient is packaged in different devices. It will also cover extrication of victims in a trench and different ways to perform the rescue to ensure that the victim gets to the appropriate EMS personnel as soon as possible.
