The Culture Forge

The Culture Forge starts by dividing attendees into six teams. These teams will be assigned colors and a mascot. The separate teams will choose leaders and spokespersons to represent them throughout the class. From there, they will be guided in the development of their values and learn the power of well-constructed value statements. Competitions of trust are incorporated into the class as well as multiple exercises. Every aspect of the class is designed to drive home a different point about culture development. The workshop closes with each team cheering for their own team as well as those around them. It is here where they are left with the challenge: They built that kind of esprit-de-corps in a few short hours; imagine what their department could be like if this was in place for years!
