This class will define the four fundamentals of developing peak performance of an intelligently aggressive search crew. Developing and maintaining peak performance involve enhancing physical abilities, maintaining mental readiness, properly integrating technology, and a thorough understanding of the fireground based on experience and research. This class will evaluate how these four pillars, when built on solid fireground fundamentals, work together to support performance of the highest levels on the fireground as a search crew.
