Technical workshop that will focus on the management of HM incidents from the perspective of both the Incident Commander and HM Officer. Focus will be placed on lessons learned from complex response scenarios, and the applociation and utilization of risk-based response processed.

Variations of this session have been presented in number of venues, including the 2024 IAFC HMRT Conference, US EPA Region 5 TRIP-R Workshops, and at the US APA 2024 On-scene Coordinator Workshop.
