The instructor will share case studies and powerful lessons learned from incidents throughout his 36-year career working on the busiest fire companies and battalions on the Chicago Fire Department. Audiovisuals are used to reinforce the lessons learned. The instructor also shares many lessons learned from mentors throughout his life, which he calls his ""Secret to Success." The goal is to inspire those in attendance to become better fire service leaders, to enhance fireground safety, and to help students take control of their private lives and meet their goals.
