This class will showcase the unique and challenging environment of providing medical care on an island in Lake Erie. With no local hospital or physicians, the local EMS service provides the most advanced medical care available to the residents and visitors of the Bass Islands in Lake Erie.  This class will discuss operations, protocols, and unique cases experienced providing medical care on the islands.
