This workshop provides current and aspiring officers with leadership and decision making must haves to survive and even thrive as an officer. This program recognizes that this is no longer your father’s fire service; there is a significant change in environment, tactics, technology, and the values and desires of the people we now hire. We need to begin to recognize the necessary skills, habits, values, mentorship, and tactical and leadership skills that officers need to meet the organizational objectives. This program gives them immediate skills they can use when they walk out of the classroom.
